Dinsdag 07-06

AMRAP 15:

Toes-to-bars
Box jumps (20/24 in)
Up-downs-to-target (6″)
– Continue adding 3 reps to each movement until time expires.

• Up-downs are a burpee without performing the push-up portion of the burpee.

 

Woensdag  08-06

5 rounds for time:

 

40 double-unders
30 box step-ups (51/61 cm)
20 KB swings (16/24 kg)

 

Donderdag 09-06

8 sets for load:
2 Thrusters

 

Vrijdag 10-06

2 rounds for time:

10 snatches (56/79 kg)
12 bar-facing burpees

Then,

2 rounds for time:

10 snatches (34/52 kg)
12 bar-facing burpees

 

Zaterdag 11-06

3 x 5:00 rounds for reps:

 

200-m farmers carry (16/24 kg)
Then as many reps as possible of:
5 push-ups
10 KB squats (16/24 kg)

– Rest 2:00 between rounds.
– Use a single KB for farmers carries and squats.
